Actually, you should probably wash your hands before you touch the issues so you dont get them all sticky

Just a refresher in what is going to be on the ballot this November
NOVEMBER ELECTIONS

Maybe we should add one that states if you work in a job that pays minimum wage where you gamble for cigarettes, you get to make up an amendment for the next ballot!

Vote early, vote often, vote smart, vote for pedro, vote or die, (did anyone actually die from not voting? just wondering) vote for freedom, vote for peace, vote for your favorite playmate at the end of the year, vote for change, vote for consistancy, vote for creamy or crunchy as your favorite peanut butter, vote for your party, vote to just have a party, vote for all stars, all pros, and the pro bowl (voting going on now at http://www.nfl.com ... (you get the idea, at least I hope you do.

Just make sure you get out an vote!

All I know is, Ken Blackwell has always been a consistent voice.

You know, like when he was black power at XU in the 60s.

Or when he was a charterite in the 70s.

Or when he became a Reagan Republican in the 80s.

Say what you want about him, but you have to admit, he's always been a consistent voice. He is the political equivalent of the Rock of Gibraltar...

I like the idea that these "movements" have gotten together and by using the proper channels they have secured a spot on the ballot for there issues.

Although, some of the political ads I've been seeing lately have made me feel like taking a "movement" of another kind.

And really, the most important issue faced by the voters this election is Madonna's adoption...

I think that could be a hot button issue this year Lew

Actually, I think we should try to put an issue on the ballot that would be a law providing for the issuance of issues about issues that have allready be issued,

I've been stacking up our political mail and finally looked at it all yesterday. I'm now a very informed voter, because now I know that if I vote Republican, we're doomed and if I vote Democrat, we're doomed.

And knowing is half the battle LOL!

How about a reality show for politicians
They could trash talk each other and do whatever it takes to get the other out of office (or themselves into office)

Oh, wait a minute. Nevermind

Is it just me or does it seem as though someone who "approves" of a message should be responsible for it's content and should be "proud" of it and it's message?

Does it seem like many of these politicians and groups running the ads should actually be "ashamed" of the material they approve?

Does anyone in that genre think twice about some of the things they put in those ads before they ask and recieve approval?

And is there ever any remorse by the candidates for approving some of the ads they so joyously approve?

I dont know about any of you, but if I was gonna approve something, there would actually have to something that I approve of in it.
There's no way I would approve of some of the messages they are sending out and I think they are losing the approval of many voters with these tactics.

Maybe they should realize that many voters dont approve of their apporved messages and therefor wont approve of them on election day!

Red face

I say again (for about the 100th time) There is no such thing as an "honest politician".

The ONLY reason I will vote (and have voted in every election since I was old enough to vote) is because I was told "if you don't vote, you have no right to complain about the politicians". We (the voters) will vote in some new & some old crooks this year. And you can bet your life on this - I WILL complain. Sad but true.
